In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive, it must be unopened and undamaged in any way.
Return will be at the customers expense, details for delivery will be provided.
After we receive your item, we will inspect your item and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If the item is faulty we will aim to repair or replace it first, working with our suppliers to rectify this as fast as possible. These guidelines come form the manufacturers who we rely on for repairs and replacements. Refunds can only be given on devices the manufacturer deem unfixable. This is to reduce E waste and to maintain warranty for that device.
If the item was damaged in transit via our courier, or through unforeseen events, then you may have to hold onto the item whilst we hold the courier accountable and find a solution as fast as possible. Please exercise caution when receiving products that you feel may be damaged in transit. If you feel the item has been damaged in transit, please do not sign for it. Exercise caution, reject it and inform us straight away.
We are no longer taking backorders for devices. This is down to supply chain issues and the unpredictability of overseas movements. We have now implemented an alert process for when a wanted device comes into stock.
